Error on Download Metadata

If I try to download more then 1 few metadata at a time I get this error any suggestions.

ERROR: Error: Failed to download metadata:

When I went through the list of books I found one that had created the folder and book however no actual file in the folder. Don't know how that happened but as soon as I deleted that book, I could once again run the CTRL D (metadata retrieval) on many files at same time.
