iLiad How can I upgrade my firmware to 2.12?

Now My iliad firmware version is 2.11. I updated it from iDs yesterday. But after the 2.11 is installed, when I connected my iliad to iDs, it said "nothing to download". I want to update to 2.12 to install Improved contenLister, but I can not. Can any one tell me how? Thanks.

Similar situation; I upgraded to 2.12.1 a while ago - but after a rebuild 3 weeks ago, it reinstalled only 2.12 - 'nothing to download' message ever since. Has the site died?
