Well, we all know about colour (not ready for prime time in e-ink). But I can't imagine what kind of cover they're using that doubles the width of the device.

Holy smoke batman, just feel the width!

Or perhaps they meant, doubles the depth?

I reckon they mean when the cover is open for reading.

Can the Kindle cover be folded back behind the unit? - someone'll have to tell the Telegraph, they won't be able to figure it out by themselves.

People can usually figure out length - but width and depth and the difference between them often appears to be tricky

Oh, I don't know. A lot of people seem to have difficulty with estimating length, too. It's like the old joke "why can't women park cars?"

Well, maybe women are better at estimating length than men...

I read "somewhere" that the K3 cover is designed to be folded backwards. But, I don't think that would work for the lighted version. Folding the cover would misplace the light, so I'm not sure.

Edit: Taking another look at the cover, folding the front flap backwards would work fine.
