eBook viewer Print Preview settings not saved
With the ebook viewer I use print preview to set the margins for the printout but have noticed that the following settings are not saved:

1) The margins - they reset to 25.4mm each time. It would be nice if the viewer remembered my preferred settings between prints.

2) The size of the print preview window and associated zoom level.

It would also be useful to be able to print selected parts of a document rather than just the whole document, for example: current page; current chapter; highlighted selection etc.
