2.8 fails to read EBA files

I have my expensive Chinese version of iLiad from Asia- Guangzhou KingSun Software. It supposes to support EBA file according to its specifications- in fact, it was. It worked fine in 2.7 but I just updated my new Iliad to 2.8. Unfortunately, I am not able to read EBA file anymore in which used to be okay. Any of you have the same experience?

I got a ticket number iRex TechSupport from techsupport@irextechnologies.com. Of course, I guess this is not his responsibility but from cannot get any response from Chinese ILiad Company. They are reply immediate when I am asking quotation but they don’t reply at all when there is a problem. I am very upset particularly, I have to pay 30% more to get the Chinese in which supposes to support EBA although the hardware is the same.

Anyone can help?

All the best, IC

You probably only got the wrong update to your iDS account. So the techsupport from iRex should help you real quick. (Maybe a post in the iRex forum can speed up the process, because the people who actually do something about it, read there).
