Weather Underground - Mobile version
Hi
Just found this and wanted to pas it along. http://mobile.wunderground.com/ I do not know how to configure this as i found it literally two minutes before im typing this. Maybe someone can pass some of their knowledge to the rest of us and help get this working. Looked very promising but i have not palyed around with it yet. If anyone has luck with this or finds it does not work well, please let us know. David |

nice site
That is a cool site - I've been looking for another because AccuWeather seems to be wigging out.
From the looks of it, you can just go and enter your zip, city, state, or county - whichever - and when it brings up the new page simply save that URL to use as the source for iSilo. I would think a 0 link depth would be fine, unkless you want access to severe weather in alaska. ![]() emale |

http://mobile.wunderground.com/cgi-b...st?query=12345 works for me. Just replace 12345 with your zip code

hmm, I am find it works best with table settings selected. This new mobile site displays its data in much better format than the old way of using the printer-formatted page. For example, the current conditions information has a more scaleable table, which wasn't the case before.
However, this may just be an issue in low-res devices like the Edge. |

On my Handera 330:
When I set Underground to "table settings selected" the table is beautiful, but the text runs off the sceen at right. When I set to "ignore table settings" all fits in the screen, but the table grid dissapears an the table content is listed on succeeding lines. Is there a way to have the table visible AND view the text portion within the sreen width? Also, I can't see the cute weather graphics on my HE330 even with "include images" checked. What am I doing wrong? Marty |
