Angry error
it seems on my system the multiple library function is broken in 0.7.13 as it generates a 'my_abspath() takes at least 1 argument (0 given)' error. i've reported it in #6425

it would be nice to be able to revert to a previous version till the problem is fixed, but that appears to not be an option. i've requested it in #6426

Not sure why you cannot revert? Simply uninstall the current version (which does not remove your settings or library) and then install the previous version.

i was uncomfortable with the idea of uninstalling (since calibre doesn't allow reverting). i guess with your info, i'll go ahead and do that then.

The only danger with reverting is when there has been a significant change to the format of the metadata.db file (which does not happen often).

I am assuming you are using Windows as I think it is just a quirk of the Windows installer that does not allow installing an older release over a more recent one.

yes, windows 7. the uninstall and then reversion to 0.7.12 went smoothly.
