PRS-300 displaying erroneous question marks
Hi all

I have just taken delivery of my new PRS-300 and bought my first Ebook from Whsmith. the book i got was Hulk Hogan - my life outside the ring.

I manged to get it on to the reader ok but started to read it and noticed a lot of question marks. For instance one page has the heading Ac?know?ledg?ments yet on adobe digital edition it is simply Acknowledgements.

The question marks appear every so often in the text which is making the book unreadable.

any help appreciated.

Maybe the file is corrupted somehow. Can you download it from the seller again? If it keeps displaying those question marks you might email the store's customer service and see if something is wrong with the file.
