Delete Kobo Book from ipad?

I loaded the Kobo app on my iPad and then downloaded several books from the Kobo store -- so far so good -- they're all on my iPad and ready to read.

However, I want to delete a specific book from my Kobo library but can't figure out how to do it -- either from the iPad directly; from iTunes; nor from Windows Explorer; or even Calibre. How do I do this?

Just tap and hold on the book title (in the library view)- an overview window will pop up. The delete button is on the bottom - right of that window.

On the ipad mini there isn't a delete button on the bottom right, only a share via button at the top left (via facebook, twitter, email), and four tabs across the bottom of the pop up window: Overview, Contents, Annotations, and Stats. None of which let me delete a duplicated book I imported from my dropbox library. Any ideas?

p.s. it doesn't show up in the storage management option in settings.

On the overview of the book the blue Read Now button is in fact a drop down list - if you tap the chevrons (in desperation in my case) you discover the delete option - I guess it had to be there somewhere!
