It's only a prototype with no working internal parts. Who knows what the end result will be.

I was looking for a sound card for my HTPC last month, needed to output optical dolby digital to my home theater 5.1 reciever, and nothing else was working. I found a Rocketfish 5.1 sound card on ebay for $9, the nearest other option was a $100 Sound Blaster card, and the prices went up steeply from there. Put the darn thing my Win 7 HTPC, restarted, and it loaded all the (64bit!!!) drivers, has worked perfectly since. Nice. No problems, no troubleshooting, worked like it was supposed to.
They just might be able to pull this off... |
