Bugs in RTF output

Hey--
I'm on Windows. I was running Calibre 0.6.55 (I think -- somewhere around 0.6), and I upgraded to the latest version -- 0.7.10. Suddenly, the RTF output seems rather broken -- it doesn't do formatting well, and it won't make TOCs. Any ideas? I've been using RTF with my EZ Reader Pocket Pro, and found it works well; however, this kind of puts a huge damper on that, since I basically can't make decent RTF ebooks anymore. I understand that RTF isn't a popular format, but I wouldn't expect the format support to get worse.

You need to open tickets for specific issues and attach samples showing the behavior.
