New lawsuit, same claim as last march.
Still at issue: a broad, vague patent that took ten years to get out of the Patent Office and was never followed up on. Nothing new.
And no danger of lawyers going unemployed.

Actually, it's the same lawsuit as before. Discovery just reassigned the patent ownership to a LLC, and filed to update the lawsuit to reflect that.
