So I reside in Canada and really want an ereader. For various reasons, the screen and design being two, I am leaning towards the nook (non-3G). They are basically the same price point. I am not interested in the Kindle 2 for the reason that the file formats are so restricting. Knowing what I do after reading some forum about B&N and obtaining purchased books, how simple is it to buy a book through Kobo (since I am in Canada) and transfer it to the nook?

Right now it's pretty simple:
1) You can buy any book from Kobo on kobobooks.com 2) Download the ePub file into Adobe Digital Editions 3) Drag the file from Adobe Digital Editions to your new Nook We're hoping to make this even easier in the future, by letting you use our Windows and Mac apps to do that in one step. |
