Apps update after softroot 1.3
I have softrooted my Nook. I noticed some of the apps that Softroot installed are outdated. How do I download and install the latest apps on my Nook. I have not done the step #3:Getting a root shell with the Android Debug root. Is it required?

You pretty much have to get the Android Debug connection running (as you would for the shell) in order to update.....

Theoretically you could install apps via trook I believe, but it all seemed like a ton of pain just to avoid the nearly painless install/usage of ADB on one of my computers.... YMMV, etc, Richard |
