Hello,
My husband bought me a JE200 in Dubai. Unfortunately it did not work. When I use the USB , the pc did not recognize the ereader, only when I use WIFI. The support send me the first week a lot of emails, but no result. And now they do not answer any question. I have tried to install the new firmware, and yet the ereader did not startup anymore.
Is there anybody who recognize the problems??
I live in Holland and there are not many people using a ereader, and if they do, they use Sony. Please

If you bought it new I personally would contact the sellers and threaten legal action.

You may want to ask the question in the forums before you go through all that hassle though.

My JE200 does not work anymore. I have tried to install the new firmware and now the only thing I see is the Jointech logo. The support department give an answer once a week and never to my question. Which ereader is easy to use? I've given up hope that this device will work at some time.

I've got a email from Jointech, the software didnot work properly. They would contact me
and give an address where I can send the ereader.
Why am I not surprised that I have not heard from Jointech, even though they promised to help.
The ereader was a present given to me in May and never workt!!!

My je200 is also dead. After I purchased it I have tried to install a few ebook and dictionary software. Many of the programs did not work. There is no way of a hard reset for the device. The only method is to reinstall the firmware. I did attempt to upgrading firmware and my device is dead. There is a message on the screan "please wait" and after this nothing happens. I send email to jointech but they din not reply my message.
