nook free books: Steve Martini and Shakespeare in an Hour

Both of these came to my attention from following inkmesh on Twitter. They also let you know about free books at other places, like Sony or Kindle.

I hope it's okay that I'm posting this information, since theoretically, it can be gathered elsewhere.

Shakespeare in an Hour by Christopher Baker --a brief biog of the Bard, along with information about his time period and other details

and

Shadow of Power by Steve Martini. Make sure you get the one marked "free" and not the pay version, which oddly, is still on their site. Note: I can't confirm that this is not just a sample, as I'm not familiar with the book.

No idea how long either is free for, they are not "Free Friday" books.

The Free "Shadow of Power (with bonus material)" shows as 372 pages in my B&N software. "Shakespeare in an Hour" as 72 pages. B&N's sample books are clearly marked as such, again in the B&N software. I don't see a time limit on their quality of "freeness," but one never knows, do one?

Yeah, and today's "free friday" book, touted as being free for today only, is actually one that has been free for several days. Here are the links:

Shakespeare in an Hourby Christopher Baker
Shadow of Power Free with Bonus Material, by Steve Martini

I was actually kinda bummed about that, but since I found these, I didn't feel like I got cheated out of a Friday deal.
