Sigil and Calibre
 Calibre now takes a Sigil built Epub, handles the cover and title page images and produces only an inline TOC for MOBI. No more tail-end TOC for MOBI. The cover.xhtml and TOC.xhtml are marked in the metadata. KUDOS to KOVID and I bless him and his to the 7th generation. Sigil and Calibre rock! Sorry BD.  Valoric, A merger of Sigil and calibre could be a possibility?? It would provide a one stop shop to generate all flavors. Except IMP, of course. May the good lord bless you all, my children.
