Selecting and changing fonts

Hi,
I'm new to Calibre and tried searching for answers regarding fonts, but couldn't find what I was looking for. My apologies if I just didn't look in the right places.
I recently installed Calibre and added in some books. I wanted to convert .lit to .pdf and .lit to .txt. The conversions were fine except for one thing. I didn't like the fonts. In Calibre I have found the preferences to change the size, but not the font itself.
Is there any way to change the font, like Times to Couier, in Calibre? Thanks for any help!
