This year’s Hugo Voter’s Packet is the most complete ever, and for the first time contains complete DRM-free copies of all works in the four written fiction categories.

The packet contains mostly pdf files, with a few in rtf, doc and html. Yeah, I know, very 20th Century but bless their hearts, they're trying

If you aren't intending to go to Australia for Worldcon, don't worry, you can still get the packet and vote for the Hugos. A Supporting Membership is only $50/£25/€35.
