Apple Draws Scrutiny From Regulators
This is a headline in today's Wall Street Journal. It looks like it was prompted by Apple's developer's agreement which prohibits developers from using Adobe products. Although there was nothing in the article about ebook pricing, let's hope some retailers cooperate with the FTC over the anti-competitive result of Apple's pricing deal with the publishers.

More like Apple returning the favour from when Adobe yanked the rug out from under Apple's OS plans by refusing to license Display PostScript as promised (even though most of DPS was written by NeXT).
