iPad Converting PDf in Gurmukhi to iBOOK

I will greatly appreciate if some one could help me with the following

The pdf is in gurmukhi - as is at this location

I have 16GB 3G iPad, and has iBOOK on it for my Mom

I will like to convert this PDF into ePub (iBOOK) so that my mom can read it easily

Can you pls help -

honestly, spend the $1 and get yourself goodreader, you'll be able to read any pdf file you care to upload. pdf -> epub conversion can be a bit messy.
