Encoding problem in translation
Transifex refuses to accept a translated help file, claiming that there is something wrong with the file. I suspect that it is because of wrong encoding. I have triedd to convert it from ASCII to UTF-8, but it always reverts to ASCII. Is there an easy way for a windows user to convert it?
