Hi,

Just to add what I found:

Dictionary:
- as others have pointed out, now we can type word for lookup
- the dictionary lookup is smarter, those words with following suffixes works, e.g. 'ed', 's'

Nook Browser:
- Apart from wifi, it also works with my local SIM card EDGE connection

For softrooted My Book:
- Book title in unicode (Thai) created by Calibre used to display fine in softroot 1.2, now it displays as garbage. I'm not sure this is due to Nook new firmware or Nookdevs can solve this problem

I tested this with a spanish epub book when I saw complaints about this in B&N forum.
It displayed correct in my books app and didn't in my library.
Can you give me the text that's not working? We may not be able to fix my library app in the softroot. But the display in my books app should be easy to fix.

Thanks. I attach two pdf documents which I add title in Thai with Calibre. The title in latest firmware displays it as alien texts (same for both Nook My Library and softrooted My Book).

Not sure you can do fix this because, it used to display fine in 1.2 for both stock Nook My Library and softrooted My Books.

For your information, previous versions of Calibre, when creating Title in Thai, won't display correctly on my Nook (1.2). Only by using recent versions of Calibre to create Thai Title which displayed fine on my Nook (1.2). But under 1.3, it always displays garbage title.

thanks. I'll test with these & fix in the next build. I only tried epub.
