New Interactive for www.EZread.com
Dear All:
Alright, we are making progress on being interactive on our new eBook Store. Announcing our Facebook and Twitter accounts as a source of discussion, reviews, and updated information? The eBook Specialist wants to start interacting with as many people as possible now that EZRead.com is finally up and running! The "Renegade Intern" does fabulous eBook Reviews and will respond one-on-one!! If you sign up she can deal with your questions, problems, desire for titles or authors, recommendations and concerns immediately. For example, this weekend we will be at the Los Angeles Book Festival on the UCLA campus. You can get up-to-dates when you sign up!! The site is dysfunctional
![]() I log in using the ID from MyEZread and I get a "Successful" screen. I then try "My Account" to see if they have fixed the (Ingram source) book I PAIF FOR and can not download. I Get the Message that I must log in, and I am kicked back to the Logon screen. Are there 2 DIFFERENT sites now???? (getting annoyed that the simple problem has not been resolved in a weeks time) |

Not a Beta... but problems catch us!!

I cannot say why yet... but it was essential to Astak to get it up and working quickly. A lot was, and is, riding on this. In the last 3-4 weeks we have gone from no staff and no knowledge and no lay-out and no functionality to what is a pretty decent site. Prices are good and there are a lot of fine choices. Almost everything has been made right and we have made on-the-fly changes. We have screened and hired people for this and we have steadfastly moved to be interactive. The Facebook & Twitter links started today for book reviews, problems, announcements and more. We should have the FORUM up and working this week still. This weekend we go to Los Angeles for a book fair to get independent authors onto our store. Basically, we are working 7 days a week on this. I agree that bugs are a pain in the butt and I do not blame your frustration even a little! But... the milestones are being reached and we are reacting to both compliments and criticism openly. I will immediately check on "my account" if you use www.EZread.com. It was bad over the weekend but was supposed to be completely working today!! ![]() |
