I need a couple of covers for my ebooks. Can anyone recommend a good designer?

My friend graduated art college last year and has been making a little money selling paintings. He charges by the hour but he's eager to get his name out and build a reputation so he'll do basically anything for dirt cheap. You can tell him what you want.
