Calibre and iRiver Story

I am a newbie to Calbre but it looks outstanding so far. But I do not know what settings to use for conversion to make the best fit for my iRiver Story. Any ideas?

It doesn't really atter, use the sony reader touch edition output profile and you will be fine.
