Hi i'm new and need help re; Sony PRS300
My new Sony PRS 300 doesn't advance the pages properly. It keeps going backward instead of forward when advancing. Anyone with a remedy. Called Sony but they were useless....

Um, this sound very likely to be user misunderstanding than a problem -- as above, which buttons are you using to do what? Have you checked the user manual?

using the correct button...middle right side...but it goes back one or two pages repeatedly.....tried resetting but doesn't help....thanks for the welcome....any remedies would be apprecited.....

If that is really what it is doing then it's broke. Sorry. You might try flashing/updating the software, or even better since this is new, return it and get one that works.
