Both titles are pre-orders.

Rides a Dread Legion [Demonwar Saga Book 1] by Raymond E. Feist is 99 cents (but restricted to customers in the U.S. and Canada :\)

It's strange, both have another edition available now at Fictionwise, $12 for The Dark Tide, and $21 for Rides a Dread Legion.

Hmm, you're right. The difference is that the cheap ones are only available in eReader format. The others are available in other DRM formats as well. Oh, and the other, expensive versions aren't pre-order; Rides a Dread Legion says it was released May 2009, and The Dark Tide shows March 2008.

Is this FictionWise's version of "releasing the paperback edition" perhaps?
