Sony 505 do not disconnect frozen

I made a stupid error tonight whilst syncing my collections on the 505.

I disconnected to quickly and now I am left with the do not disconnect screen and cannot access the 505 at all.

I have tried a reset but to no avail. The reader libary software crashes on the computer when I connect the 505 but works fine when the 505 is not connected. Can anyone help?

Panic over for me anyway.
Managed to get the 505 to reset. Must have been the angle I was pushing the paper clip in.
