Failed to read metadata

Calibre can't seem to read any metadata and gives me this message:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages/calibre/ebooks/metadata/worker.py", line 46, in read_metadata_
File "site-packages/calibre/startup.py", line 81, in my_abspath
File "lib/python2.6/posixpath.py", line 337, in abspath
File "lib/python2.6/posixpath.py", line 52, in isabs
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'startswith'

I'm using the Mac OSX version.

You have a bad file type plugin. Probably a DRM removal one.
