No device connected error Sony PRS-505

Sorry if this is something obvious, but I can't figure it out. I keep getting a No device connected error. My Sony PRS-505 is connected as far as the rest of my computer is concerned.

I went into Preferences > Advanced and did the debug thing and this is what I see: Drives detected: {'F:\\': u'\\\\?\\STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_SONY& PROD_PRS-505#UC&REV_1000#08004610009C52E5&0#{53F56307-B6BF-11D0-94F2-00A0C91EFB8B}#{53F5630D-B6BF-11D0-94F2-00A0C91EFB8B}'} Any ideas? Thanks very much for any suggestions. |

I uninstalled and reinstalled. When I used the setup wizard, I noticed there was not an option for PRS-505 so I picked PRS-500...

you somehow managed to disable your PRS505 plugin. Go to preferences->plugins->device interface plugins and re-enable it.
