Article about Google Editions
I just came across this in the New York Times about how Google Editions are being moved to the agency model by the mainstream publishers.

Interesting. Thank you for that. I'm not sure Amazon has at this point agreed to MacMillan's terms, though they did indicate that the might have no choice. I've not seen anything that says they actually came to an agreement.
