iLiad underlying hardware thread
This is what I was able to gather so far what's inside the iLIad:

WiFi: Marvell CF8385
Network: Standard Microsystems 91x
USB controller: Philips ISP1362
Flash: M-Systems DiskOnChip (DOC) with TrueFFS filesystem

Has anyone disassembled his iLiad already?
