Deleted blog but still shows up grayed out-is this normal?

Just wondering...

I cancelled a blog subscription then subsequently deleted the blog from my kindle 2 home screen.

After deleting, it still shows up in the list, but it's grayed out. Is this normal?

FYI
Restarting the Kindle 2 solved the issue. After restarting, I underlined the blog on the home screen, moved the stick to the left, clicked "delete", and it was gone.
