White Ectaco Jetbook

I have a White Ectaco Jetbook for sale.

I bought it recently from a user on here for and then my boyfriend surprised me with a Kindle. The reader is in excellent condition. There are a few scratches that were actually only pigment transfer from a reading light that the previous owner tried to attach and are barely noticeable. Most of them wiped away easily. I myself only used it once before getting the Kindle. It comes in original box with original cables and accessories.

I am asking for $120.00 USD which includes shipping. I will only ship to the Continental U.S. and Canada. PM me or email me at ldyghst@ymail.com.Thanks!

For buyer recommendations view my previous sale here: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69032

Hi! I am looking for an inexpensive ereader for my husband. I have a Kindle 1 and love it. Do you have any idea how old this unit is? Also, since this reader does not use e-ink technology, can you read outside? My husband likes to sit outside (in the shade) and read during the warmer weather. Thanks.

It's probably a year old I would say. Also there is no glare at all on the screen when reading. It is a very good reader!

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I am not really familiar with the jetbook, so am a bit hesitant to buy one. I know that used readers don't seem to last long here, but I am still trying to convince my hubby that he really needs one. LOL

Welcome to MobileRead, Clerky96.

I have a jetBook and it's a very good unit. As ladyghost pointed out, you can find more information at the link she posted. There you will find specific questions and comments from members who own jetBooks.

It's really a matter of deciding if a TFT screen meets your husband's needs. Please feel free to visit that Forum and ask any questions.

Thanks, ladyghost for directing this new Member to the jetBook Forum.
