Issues with Cool-er book store
I'm having issues with their online store. I bought two books from them. Both of them my internet connection flaked out and the file was corrupt. One, I could re-download just fine. The other they won't let me download another copy. I've e-mailed and called them (I bought the stupid book right after Christmas!) Now they want me to "talk" to Adobe, but they only support ADE via e-mail, and after replying once, now they won't help either. I just want to read my %(*&@(%& book!
