pdf "3rd pass pages" and line numbers
Several books I am converting from pdf result in the text "3rd pass pages" and line numbers on every page. Any tips for how to get around this?

encounter a number 2 on every line 3 of a book 4 when it is converted 5 from pdf?6 7 :-) |
