PDF Renamer and Restriction Remover

I know I got the information here before.
My computer has crashed and I like a dummy didn't make a back-up disk of my favorite software.
This was a very easy renamer, was drag and drop and the restriction remover all you had to do was right click on the file you couldn't rename and it gave you the option to remove the restrictions so you could rename it.
This made it easier to find the books in my Sony Ebook PRS-505.
If any of you have the name of this program I would appreciate the help finding it.
It was not a batch renamer.
