PDF-Creator Tomahawk

I find this freeware http://www.aplusfreeware.com/categories/util/pdf.html for creating pdf-files very useful. Its called "Tomahawk" and its a standalone, that means it runs without beeing installed. It produces pdf files from many other file formats.
For me and my iliad it works best with the following output-settings:
A5 Portrait, Margins: top 15mm, left 0, right 0, bottom 0.
But first I change the font-size for the original document to 14. This way its rather comfortable to read any text on youngest iliad, who has to learn really a lot.
