New to calibre and have problems

Hi guys!

I have a sony prs 600 and have successfully used calibre convert a few files, with the automatic settings. There is one file that I am having trouble though.

I convert it, it seems okey. But when I open it, it only counts 6 pages, although you can flick through all of them.

Also, from page 7 or so, the last 1cm of the bottom is missing, and its quite important as it has some vocaboluary that is key.

I have tried many different formarts, taking indentation, bottom px, but the end is always the same.

Any help please? I could even IM the file to anybody that can help.
