Hi,

My Nook is on the way and I remember that B&N will give free $10 gift card for those who order Nook.

I can't remember being contacted by B&N about this free gift card. Just want to check how you guys got it?

Hello,

Barnes and Noble sent the gift card as an apology when my nook did not ship on the expected date. I don't think that they were giving them away with all orders. Sorry

If you find out otherwise, please let me know because I did order another as a gift.

I remember, actually, there was a message about this free gift immediately after I placed the order, but my finger was too fast to ignore that message, instead of confirming it. I did send a mail to customer service asking about it and they reply I should have received an email about this gift some time last month. I didn't receive such mail. I ordered since early Nov.

Here is the mail from customer service, I've just replied to this mail to follow up with them:

The $10.00 Online Gift Certificate will be delivered via email to you on
December 26, 2009 to the email address associated with your $100.00
BN.com Gift Card / Online Gift Certificate purchase on Barnes

right-hand corner to view information about your order.
