How do I know if it's the Sony software or the download itself?
I just downloaded two ebooks from the library, have done this with 5 other books with no problem, now after downloading them I can't get them onto my reader! I've tried dragging and dropping them to no avail. I'm at a loss. I would REALLY like to read these books! What do I do?
