Cybook Opus

Hello all,
I received a Cybook Opus for Christmas. When I took it out of the box it appears to be programed for Russian. The documentation (or lack there of) is almost comical and the support group is totally unhelpful. I am sure there is something very simple to correct this. I have tried everything ..... any help will be greatly appreciated.

I see you've had responses over in the Bookeen Cybook forum, and I'm sure that the people over there will be able to help with any other problems.

Also, I believe the Opus Manual has been posted here.
