I bought a Libre ereader and I have a problem. the devise is frozen and does not react to any buttons including reset button. Does anybody know how to fix it?

I have the 505 and don't have experience with your device. I did find that some Libre owners are posting in the Jetbook forum. I think maybe because yours can be flashed with the jetbook firmware to add additional formats? Check this forum and this thread.

I hope your problem is solved soon.

I have a palm, and using the reset button can be a bit tricky... as in the Reset depends on how many seconds to hold it down...

Your manual may tell you something...
