Problems with e-reader
Good afternoon,

I have a problem when I am downloading from the Mills and Boon site. The following error is occurring:- it is telling me that there is another user, however when I download from WH Smih or Waterstone I have no problems. Meanwhile I noticed that when I save from Mills and Boons it is saving as ACSM, maybe this is the problem. Can someone help me? Mills and boons are tilling me that I have to register the adobe digital editons but I cannot find where I have to register.

First welcome. It sounds like you have not installed Adobe Digital Editions which is required to download DRM encrpyted books. As mentioned above, best to go to the Sony 300 forum (or to Sony Support directly) to get going.
