REB1100 Driver from CD is not working for me in XP

Every time I try installing the driver on my laptop for REB1100 I get an error "specified location does not contain information about your hardware"
I tried downloading the CD from 2 different sources with the same results.
My REB1100 is running version 2.0.305r

After doing some reading on a Russian web site I was able to successfully modify the REB1100 drivers to work with any XP installation.
Attached are the modified REB1100 drivers for Windows XP.
They should hopefully work for newer Windows versions as well.
