Batch convert to plucker .pdb file.

I am looking to batch convert many html ebooks, in separate folders, into the plucker document format. Any suggestions?

Windows unfortunately, but it's not hard for me to get access to linux box, knoppix rocks. I just need to spend more time with it, well any amount of time would be more than I do now. Just use it for basic data recovery when windows is jacked.

I'm sure that it wouldn't be too hard for someone who knows what their doing to write a python script, but that's not me. I gotta get my learn on I guess.
