Looks like the TechCrunch CrunchPad won't be getting produced due to strange disagreements between the two companies involved:

Well Mike Arrington is a troll, so I wouldn't put it past him to have staged the whole thing from the start.

And if it's real I'm glad, Mike deserves to get screwed once and a while.

Very strange. I don't think this class of devices is particularly useful, but I'd still rather see it come to market than have it go up in a pile of flames, fan-fed by lawyers....
