Paragraph question

I just converted three HTML files into EPUB using Calibre.

I noticed on one the paragraphs had a space between them, while the other ones did not.

I have the setting turned on requesting spacing between paragraphs.

Is this a normal thing ir do I need to do something to get the spacing on all the books

I have not used Calibre, however I use Stanza (desktop) for all my conversions and have not have a paragraphing issue before.

Is it possible that the one that didn't have spaces has an associated css that is overriding your preferences?
