I'm obviously doing something wrong.

I'm not seeing my PRS-500 in Calibre when I plug it in. I'm not exactly sure where to start so here's what I have:

I'm not even sure if it's being seen correctly. I'm about to send it out for the epub firmware upgrade and decided to give this a try first.

Ideas?

You need to make sure your user account has the requisite permissions to access the device node
